Instead of producing a single output, they manage an entire workflow: interpreting input, structuring it, evaluating its quality, and refining it continuously. In other words, they move from answering questions to shaping the process through which answers are formed. In marketing terms, this marks a transition from execution to orchestration. The focus is no longer on what AI produces, but on how it governs the path to production.
