Adobe has rolled out Adobe LLM Optimizer, an enterprise-grade solution. It is designed to help brands stay visible, trusted, and discoverable across AI-powered chat services, browsers, and agentic interfaces. Positioned as a breakthrough in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), the tool marks a shift from traditional search optimisation to the new reality of large language models (LLMs). Here, visibility depends on how—and how often—AI systems cite and reference brand content.

From SEO to GEO – a new era of discoverability
For decades, marketing teams have fought for search rankings. Now, Adobe argues, the competition is shifting toward AI-generated answers, where content is interpreted and summarized rather than indexed.
As consumers increasingly turn to tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, brands must think beyond keywords. “Generative engine optimization has quickly become a C-suite concern,” says Loni Stark, VP of Strategy and Product at Adobe Experience Cloud. “Early movers are building authority across AI surfaces and securing a competitive advantage.”
What Adobe LLM Optimizer does
Adobe’s LLM Optimizer gives organizations a unified way to measure, optimize, and prove the impact of their AI visibility efforts.

- Measure & benchmark AI-driven traffic — identifies when and where brand content appears in LLM outputs, tracks AI referrals, and benchmarks visibility against competitors, highlighting emerging opportunities and gaps.
- Recommend & deploy visibility fixes — in early testing, 80% of users discovered critical visibility gaps that prevented LLMs from surfacing key information. The Optimizer’s recommendation engine suggests fixes across websites, FAQs, metadata, and external listings such as Wikipedia entries, allowing teams to deploy updates instantly.
- Attribute & demonstrate business impact — integrated reporting links improvements in AI visibility directly to engagement, conversions, and traffic lift, helping CMOs quantify ROI and communicate results across teams.
